      I bought a Power Juicer 3 months ago at FRY’S I use two times only then I found out that one side of the filter is open. so the juice coming out is not smothy. what shall I do. When can I buy a replacement or is their a warranty?

      I bought my juicer several years ago and have used it regularly , until the plastic screw at the top of the motor wore out and seperated. Any thoughts on using a more durable material for the screw , or making it replacable so you don’t need to buy the entire base with motor.

Any thoughts on using a more durable material , or making it replacable, also I see that you have a juice club but I don’t recall getting a membership card with our juicer and we did order it through you . So for now we ordered a new base , I now have a good base and motor for juicing and one for speed winding my fishing line

      Hello Carl, it is unfortunate that your screw peg broke. We have found that the screw peg break as a result of over-tightening the blade. To make sure this doesn’t happen again, pleasemake sure you tighten it just enough to let the grooves catch it and then let it run for 10 seconds. This will automatically tighten the blade. Thank you.

      Just purchased power juicer pro and have tried several times to “join club” using the passcode # sent me. The message I keep receiving is that I must enter information IN AN UNSECURED manner. I don’t have any idea as to what to do next; I entered my name and passcode. Please help!

      Hello. I bought the Power Juicer about a year ago and it sat in our kitchen collecting dust for months. I just started using the juicer daily about 5 weeks ago. I love it, but I like your customer Carl, we had the screw peg break off. The juicer still works- can I still keep using it that way? Is there a replacement I need to get. Also, I have primarily been using carrots, celery, apples, oranges, grapes and lemons. I will mix it up and add pineapple or watermelon, but it all tastes the same (which is great because I do love the juice). I have no idea where the recipe book that came with the juicer is and just noticed more vegetable recipes on the website and also a “process” where you should put certain items in first. Can I get a new recipe book sent to me or do you have a link to the recipe book that I can print out? Please let me know. Thank you!

      I have had the power express juicer for 4 years and had put it away during a move-have used it about 5 times previously and took it out this week, used it yesterday, today the motor wouldn’t work-when i turned it on it hummed for about 30 seconds and then smoke came out of the juice tube and the humming stopped. I believe the motor is dead. What can I do? Can I replace the motor? or is it something else that I am not thinking of? It has been cleaned and taken care of each time it has been used… Regards, Eileen

      Have just purchased Jack La Lanne ‘s Power Juicer from Guthy Renker in Australia and what a brilliant machine, we are Grand Parents looking after a Grand Child with Ceabral Palsey, and have had an accident, while juicing a mango my wife inadvertantly allowed the pit to enter the chute and damaged the Stainless Steel Blade, we would like to order a replacement Blade and Filter Basket at our cost. could you please email me with instructions on how this can be done from here in Australia or directly with Jack La Lanne’s Official Web Site… regards Andy Baker

      I just bougth a power juicer and I Love it.thing with it it not made in it so easy to take apart and clean. I just have one problen with it it not made here in the US it made over sea in China they make it and he just puts his name on it.

      Nili, yes you can juice wheatgrass. It need to be rolled up in a bunch first and follow it through with something very juicy.

      Mr. LaLane will be missed, sympathy to his dear wife.
      Our country had one of our greatest ambassadors and fitness geniuses. It’s a shame so many like me will grieve in earnest. especially for not following him more closely over the years.

      Where can I buy one besides having to wait until my next luck of seeing a TV spot?

      I hope you have the best prices? This may be a big investment for me.

      I’ve had a juicer for several years and use it almost everyday. If I make up a weeks worth of juice and freeze it, is it just as nutritious as drinking it right away. I get tired of cleaning the thing everyday. It would be nice to do it once a week.

      Hello Vivian. You should select the pusher for your Power Juicer. If your Power Juicer is the white classic one then it will fit. If it is the Power Juicer Elite or Power Juicer Express you should get the Pusher for that unit. Thank you.
