Hangover juice recipe

Oh no. You celebrated ringing in the New Year just a little too much.

It happens.

I found this recipe at Fitsugar to help ease some of the symptoms! The ginger helps with nausea, the tomato provides essential vitamins and the jalapeno gives you a little endorphin kick.

3 medium-size tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1 lemon
1 1/2-inch piece of ginger
1 jalapeƱo pepper (remove the seeds to make it less spicy)
1/4 of one large cucumber

Directions

Juice all ingredients. Pour juice into glass, and enjoy immediately.

Makes one 16-ounce serving.
